what size pins??

going to do some site injections in delts wondering what size and gauge to use i use 23g 1 1/2 inch in glute never have done site injections??thanks for any help!!im going on fina and prop in 2 weeks just wanted to order the right ones!!THANKS AGAIN!!

use 25ga for your delts and try your quads too same pin, depending on your bf% you can use 5/8" or 1" for your delts.

I did a delt shot of winny and prop the other day with a 23 ga 1" pin. I'll be switching to a 25ga 1"pin from now on and not shooting winny and prop together. It hurts like a mofo!...lol
