expired meds...

hey guys i have some accutane from like 8 yrs ago that i used to take when i was like in 8th grade for my acne. i still have some i didnt take. my question is what would happen if i took some now to control the acne associated w/gear? i think it expired like 2000. what is the worst that would happen? it wont be effective at all or not as much? it wouldnt be harmful would it?

i've got an old girlfriend from like 8 years ago that wants to hook up again, she had some good stuff back in the day, do you think her potency has decreased, i'm thinking it probably went bad, lol.

8 years is an awful long time for medications, especially if they were sitting in a previously opened bottle, exposed to air, moisture, etc. I don't know what accutane can convert to if left that long, but I wouldn't mess with it.
