Im new to this site...thought I'd throw up a pic of myself...this is me last summer [june]....

I am 5'10" 165lbs ....approx 12%bf .....arms 15.5" chest 42" waist 31.5"....I was on a super low dose cycle

wk 1-8 sustanon 250mgs/week
wk 1-8 Tamox (nolva) 10mgs ED

Low dose for personal reasons....anyways please give critiques/flames or comps....

Welcome to the board. I wouldnt go with Sust at 250mg for 8 weeks. Its a fast acting ester. Go with Test Enanthate or Cyp at that low of a dose.. You should get some great gains. Good luck...
