  • Slin Bridge

well Im getting off my cutting cycle in few days and am starting my post cycle. My question is who has had good effects from using slin while off. I'll be doing clomid, arimidex, nolvadex, tribulis, and clen.
will slin and creatine really help retain some gains, also I dont want to put much fat on after I come off.
    what do you think?

If you are worried about puttin on fat after ur cutting cycle, then i wouldn't touch slin. Slin works best for bulking, to dangerous to use when cutting.

Bro the creatine with var will work for your needs but you need to watch your diet very carefully while the slin is active. if you have any questions feel free to ask but i can be very effective if you are careful with you diet. Im doing exactly that right now.

Drop the arimidex post cycle. Diet on key, insulin is great for keeping gains, dont try to cut weight or fat until your natural test has recovered. i say get you insulin diet down pat, run insulin for 4 weeks post cycle, with nolva/clomid/clen. Then you can try to cut a bit as you are nearing full recovery.

why no arimidex? I tend to put back on estrogen related fat in my chest and stomach, wouldn't arimidex help combat that?

          thanks thehamme

You have nothing aromatizing post cycle. So why use it?

slin works well for a bridge but use it in the am so you can be done with carbs before 5:00 pm

only if you workout in the am though, i dont think it should be used without aas 2x a day. Postworkout is the only time i would use it, or else you will have a harder time staying lean.

Because it keeps estrogen levels low and thereby can favorably impact the estrogen/testosterone levels post cycle and assist in recovery. I definitely would NOT stop the arimidex post cycle.

Heres two reaosns posted by Nandi on CEM:
Post cycle there are two good reasons not to use arimidex/letrozole. First the coronary vessel wall lesions. Your estrogen and testosterone levels will be very low as it is post cycle. Local aromatization of test to estrogen blocks lesion formation. Aromatase inhibitors given to mice double the size of arterial plaques in a matter of weeks:

The second reason is SHBG. SHBG levels are very low post cycle and stay low for weeks or months, depending on your cycle. The level of SHBG determines your total testosterone level. If SHBG is depressed and testosterone starts to recover, the elevated free test will act in a negative feedback manner to suppress test production, prolonging recovery.

Estrogen elevates SHBG, allowing for higher total test levels. If you block estrogen production post cycle with an aromatase inhibitor, you will only prolong the suppression of SHBG, which will prolong your recovery. I have seen this phenomenon in post cycle blood tests sent to me by members for interpretation.
