1ST delt shot of eql winny and prop

Just did my 1st delt shot tonight. Went ok. I was a little worried because it seems most guys that have hit veins have done it with delt shots. I used a 1" 23g pin. Shot 100mg prop and 50mg winny. I bet I'm gonna be a sore mofo tomorrow and the next day.....Oh well....it's leg day tomorrow and rest day Wednesday. I was running out of places to shoot without soreness. Have been sticking the quads and glutes only.

I use the same pin you did. you'll be a bit sore though.

A bit sore? lawd I would be hurting for a week if I did test prop and winny in the delt.. okay you guys can say it I am a puss..
Man that would be like beggin for punishment..

I am sore this morning but it's tolerable. I was planning on using a 25 ga pin but they didn't come yesterday...should arrive today....In the future with delt shots, I think I'll mix some eq with the prop or winny....one or the other....whichever I need to shoot and it'll help reduce the pain I'd say.

i use 25 gauge one inch in the shoulder. just got done making my 1st batch of fina, no soreness at all.

1inch in the delt damn I use 25g 5/8 I could not think about a 1 inch pin there where all are you shooting ? I am hitting gluts,quads,delts,bis thinking about trying a tri shot this week well see though
