  • Waiting for growth

    Greetings all,
    Been on sust\deca for three weeks. Started at 250\200mg per wk. First 2 weeks,now have moved up to 500\400mg Taken biweekly.(sunday,wendsday 250\200 each).Plan on this for the next Six weeks then tapering down for last week.10 week total cycle.Followed by clomid.
    Now ,when should one start to see gains?So far i feel stronger and more pumped than normal.Gained five-seven lbs. But this weight is from all the food ive been eating.Have seen no visual muscle gains as of yet.This is my first cycle so im not sure what to expect. Any input would be appreciated.

    Why are you bother tapering if your using Clomid? Both of those should kick in around week 3-4.... but since the doses were faily low the first couple weeks i'd say more like week 5.....

      I agree I dont see a point in tapering if your running clomid at the end.

        no tapering needed IMO either. 1st cycle's are usually your best gains, yet your worst planned. The reason I say that is because your 1st one's you really never plan them out really well, usually the next few you as you've learned more. You should start seeing some more gains soon, keep your CI high, sleep and diet is crucial as well. Good luck kid.

          Yes, keep up the food intake and let it ride. Hindsight is always 20/20. Dont sweat it and you can even take it out a little longer if you have the gear.

            The reality of it all is that you only gain about 3-5lbs of skeletal muscle on a cycle, and that's if you are lucky the rest is intracellular fluid and fat gain...don't worry bro building muscle takes time you can't gain 20lbs of beef in 3 weeks....good luck...XXL

              Okay since there is no need to taper off,and since i started my cycle with lower doses.How much longer should i extend my cycle? Also,i have access to hcg.But after much reading i get conflicting opinions.some say its bullshit forget it and just use clomid.Others say run both. There also seems to be wide opinions on the dosage of hcg. Thanks for all your replies.

                your cycle is long enough or high enough doses to bother with hcg just do the clomid.... good luck bro!
