Other than dbols effect on protien synthesis, not a whole lot. mind you the effect of increased protien synthesis through a higher nitrogen balance is huge. If your looking for plain old mass then, my friend, you have one of the oldest and best combos
BACK PUMPS! Means its good D-bol. Sometimes leg cramps, ect. Blood is overly pumped in some areas. Which can hurt like a ***** but this is one reason it works. My first time was rough. Back and especially calf pumps from walking. My experiance is alot of it goes away after a bit. Try around 25mg a day then increase if able. Just don`t get to crazy. DJ

Exactly! I'm suprised noone else mentioned this! Dbol is notorious for the lower back pumps! Yes, it sucks for squats, but if you can bear through it, you will be very happy. I personally love the pumps I get from dbol.

i would have mentioned it but i never thought the lower back pains were from pumps. People told me that but i knew it couldn't be that. I would not work out on the weekends and i would be laying down the monday before i would go workout and my lower back would be killing me.
okay guys, i lowered my dose to 20 mgs today and increased my h2o to 2 gall. , so we'll see what happens. I may look at some milk thistle this weekend.
I'm only going to run the dbol 3 more weeks.
I did legs today at the gym - didnt even think about squatting - but completely stacked every other leg machine they had!!!!
This does suck though - with this pain i cant squat, stiff leg dead, deadlift, barely lying leg curl ,etc ,etc. Guess I just have to get used to it.
Would takin ibupofen help?
Also, what is the best post cycle therapy for these bastard tabs?
I am also running the Omna for the same duration, if that matters.
i find that whenever i take dbols i get crazy lower back pumps and hey hurt hell i feal like im bleeding internally lol, but thats normal just ride it out or lower your dose atleast yoru gaining man unlike my worthless ass...... i say tuff it out playa

in my experience ibuprofen helped a little, but i have been reading evidence against using it because it has an inibitory effect on protein sythesis during recovery. i read an article on this in MD.
bro, dont take the d-bol more than 4 weeks! The omna will kick in by then , so save your liver. Maybe i read you wrong, but i thought you said you running the omna the same duration as d-bol.MISTAKE! You should run the omna at least 10 weeks, and the d-bol no more than 5 weeks, and 4 being more desirable. D-bol IMO should only be used short duration until real gear kicks in as it can realy mess up you liver.
Yes, they are just back pumps, they suck. Between them and leg cramps i dont take them any more.
just an update... after lowering my dose to 20 mg/day the pain was easily cut in half. I still get real tight but I'm going to squat and deadlift anyway because its very tolerable now. I will consider dropping the tabs entirely.
Are the tabs responsible for acne? or would that be the test?
