    Why do these frickin' dbol tabs give me low back pain?!
    If its kidneys, why? I drink easily 1 1/2 gall. of h2o a day. What gives?
    My dose is only 30 mgs/day usually 2/2/2 and 3/3 on workout days.
    I have been on these for 18 days now with no serious gains to speak of. Strength has not gone up significantly, and i have only gained around 7 1/2 lbs.
    I am also stacking Omna 2 amps a week, wich I am in the 4th day of my 3rd week.
    As far as I'm concerned, these tabs are crap - I definately havent gotten what i should have out of them, but Ive got the crap side effects - low back pain, water holding shins, a little acne on body.
    What do you guys think? Is there any reason to keep taking these friggin things? I cant stand the low back pain - I squat and deadlift every week and its effecting my training. If they are just weak tabs ,why bother increasing the dose? The Omna should be kickin in soon, right?
    Need help - this is my first cycle , and so far I see it as a waste.

    Bro, 8 pounds in 2.5 weeks is great. Dont complain about that.... but the lower back pains, oh god, there something else. Is this your first time using d-bol?

          If you dont think that you are gaining enough weight then you need to up your cal like about a 1000 a day. You will put on more lbs.

          How many cal a day do you eat?

            yeah, this is my first time diong any AS. Ive never even used any pro hormones. I am 5'8" and I managed to get to 184 naturally. Im guessing my BF at around 10-12%.
            Okay, so 7 1/2 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks aint bad - looking back on it, my diet could have been better.
            But this back pain hardly seems worth it - what will milk thistle do? Can i get it at GNC? How much do i take and how long do i take it?
            Back to the potency of these little bastards - is it safe to assume I got real tabs, not bunk? What about the touted strength gains?
            if and when the Omna kicks in, would it even be worth it to continue with the tabs?

              I dont think there bunk at all..... yes you can Milk Thistle at any nutrition store, and the Omna should fully kick in around week 4-5.

                omna's were the first test i used and boy let me tell you it is GREAT!! yeah drop those friggin dbols after another 2-3 weeks. your shit is good. i have only used naps but they also give me back pumps so bad i can only do like one serious set of squats or deadlifts per day and even then i can't walk for like 15 minutes. oh, and for some reason those pumps last almost as much longer after taking dbol as when actually "on" - for me anyways

                  yeah..like said drink some more wawa and some milkthistle and if it can be done avoid deadlefts for a bit....but have some patience bro shit will hit the fan soon for ya

                    lower your dose to 25mg, it does happen to some. Especially 1st timers.

                      I have heard of guys getting back pains from dbol, most likely kidneys. Dbol tends increase your water retention making your kidney's work harder, or not at all. How much water are you drinking a day? How much protein? If you are on a high protein diet and not drinking enough water this will cause your kidney's to give you problems as well, not just dbol. try upping your water intake, maybe even as Rado said, try lowering your dose, you sound like you are getting excellent gains...

                            OK, i'm definately going to increase my water to around 2 gallons/day. I will eliminate all caffene (only a 12 oz. diet pop anyway) and I will lower dose. I would like to avoid having to take another supplement like milk thistle if I could.
                            The cycle that was set up for me has me going to 20mg/day at the start of my 4th week anyway, wich is this friday, the 11th. Maybe i'll do the dose changes then.
                            No one really answered one of my questions though. What advantage is there to taking the dbol tabs once the Omna's kick in? And - When should I expect the Omna surge - this week or 4th or 5th?
                            Thanks alot for the help guys, this makes a difficult situation a little easier.

                              had the same things happen to me when on ip's 50mg's. got so bad at week 4 i had to stop i drank 2 gallons of water a day and tore up the milk thistle. when someone would massage it it would feel better but when they would stop it would go away, all i can say is good luck.
