  • Anyone gone over 200mcg/day of T3??

I dunno.. maybe my T3 is bad or something (made by JPIJones, packageing looks good), but I notice little when taking as much as 150mcg/day of T3.

Nothing! No sweating, no increased heart rate.. nothing.

Was thinking of upping the doseage to 200mcg/day but wanted to run it by you guys first.

Most I've gone was 125mcg. But you could give mmaximus25 a shout on AR. I beleive he's dosed over 200 before.

I've been generally dissapointed in T3. It helps but I've found that it's not really worth shutting down production for the benefit it provides. Thats just me though.

I would never take 200mcg of T-3 i can loose BF on 75mcg a day and i think if you need more then that, there is an underlaying problem that need to be addressed...XXL
A lot of people dream of having a great body, others stay awake and get it done.

Maybe I'm not being patient enough..

I was looseing BF (have quit cutting for time being). Diet was good, etc. I've dieted many times before and while I was seeing results, I wasn't seeing anything more than what I've seen in the past from just diet and cardio.

I was also expecting to see some sides. Sweating, increased heart rate..anything. Clen had very obvious sides for me...

Is it possible to have a strong resistance to Oral supliments? It always seems like I've got to pop twice as many pills as everyone else, just to get the same results...

I was using it 200mcg/day T3 and clen for 8 weeks, stripped the fat in a jiff but I was only functioning on 2300 cals. My heart was skipping a beat so I had to stop.

Did you notice any other sides besided the heart skipping a beat (sounds scary BTW)?

Shakes, I was also sweating a lot. I drink a lot of coffee so it might have played a part.

Hmmm.. I drink 2 or 3 cups a day also.

See, if I got some shakes or sweating from it at least then I'd know it's doing SOMETHING...
