I was just not sure if you could mix with water or oil.

From what I got mixing with oil will lower gyno problems.

You can mix and inject water based and oil based just fine. Be sure to shake it very well so the water suspends in the oil.

Not to sure about it reducing the gyno problems, I would probably say no.
