    400mg EQ
    10iu's Slin Pre-workout

    The pumps are unbelievable, its insane..I cant even describe it...

    I did bi's/tri's yesterday..my forearms/bi's/tri's turned kinda red and blotchy thoughout my workout, I think its its because they were pumped up so much that it was strecthing my skin. And today, over 24 hours later, my arms are still pretty pumped up..

    Who needs synthol when youve got pumps like these, I'll just stretch the muscle facia with my pumps! :p

    Not pre-workout!!! Havent i gone over this a bajillion times? Please, please dotn use it pre workout. YOu increase the chance of hypo, humalog peaks in about 30 minutes, therefore all your available carbs for energy, are trying to be stored as muscle glycogen. Thus, rendering the second half of your workout not as intense. Then taking it again post workout, with your already somewhat filled glycogen stores, can cause even more potentila for carb overspill.

    Plus, as we know, 50 reps of 75 on curls, intense pump. 8 reps of 135, minimal pump, but good set. Which produces more muscle growth?

    If you want to try something to increase your up take, 30 mintues before your workout is finished, inject humulin-r sub-q. 5 ius. Post workout use 10ius of humalog, and drink shake.

      Im using R, and my workout was only 45 minutes long I sip a sugar drink throughout my workout to be safe. I usually go with post-workout, I'm just trying this to see how it goes.

        I know bro, I dont alter my workout to get better pumps. Im staying in the 6-8 rep range, and still getting great pumps..its just temporary fun :p

          IC, well, i think nutrient timing is a dangerous practice and not worth the effort, but you shoudl be ok. Thats why i use humalog, shoot and drink. I actually mix it 9ius humalog, 6 ius humulin, since humulin is more anabolic, but i get the advatage of a quick peak with the humalog, and the anabolic release of humulin.

                Taking it pre-workout is dangerous stuff bro.... you'll still get the insane pumps taking it afterwards... and probably will be able to shuttle more nutrients into your muscles, which is really what you're after with slin.

                      i dont know why people take it pre workout or evem during. why not just take it post? yes taking it pre has the benefit of it being active right when you finish your workout, but it cant offer that much of a benefit. you can shoot log and in 15min its taking effect maybe 30min. why not just wait? having the slin cram nutrients an extra 15-30 minutes faster after a workout cant be a huge benefit, yes there is some i just dont see the benefit even coming anywhere near outweighing the risk. jmo
