4g is however many ml you want ot make it ...

it depends on if you want it anywhere from 50-200 mg/ml and how much oil you add ...

Well what if you use a standard Chem 4G kit, and add all of the oil given. How many ml is it 40? 50?

i have no idea ... i know the concentration i want and measure it out accordingly so i'll know for sure what i'm doing ...

winny/fina will give you great results just with those 2 things ... i'd just bump up teh fina a little if you're not going to run any test ...
