Im 42 5 foot 6 156 pounds. ive been taking the following to try to build a little muscle and shed off about 6% body fat.
every second day ive been injecting .8 cc of primobolan(600mg per week) and test propinate (420mg per week) along with this i am taking .3ml hgh split up over the day and 20mg of anavar twice a day. I plan on staying on primo, prop and anavar for 12 weeks and continuing on with the hgh for a minimum of 6 months. From what i read this is a popular cutting cycle. i was going to take clomid for PCT but it sounds like there are better options out there. I would like some advice on what is the best PCT for what im doing. And any advice or criticism about the info i have shared.
My diet is very simple and healthy consisting of mostly fish, chicken, beef, almonds and walnuts. im getting my carbs from quinoa, fruits and vegetables as many raw as possible. Along with this im drinking lots of water with electrolyte replacement, almond milk and coconut water.
im riding mountains with my bike two to three times a week for 2 hours and p90x upperbody workouts which are lots of push ups pull ups and curls and abs usually 1 and 3/4 hrs
