thats bullshyt!!! i believe that state laws shoudl trump federal laws!! the state voters are more in tune with what they want in there region....if cali wants pot legal, what the fuk does that have to do with how the people feel in ohio...or maine or florida!! each individule state and that states voters should be making the laws!! not the fed!! the only exeption would be driving laws....with the tendency of americans to drive on vacation you wouldnt want 200 different laws state to state
