I would run the Letro at 2-2.5mgs a day until the lump is gone.. then make sure you taper down your dose to avoid estro rebound. If you use the Nolva.. I would run it at 40mgs a day until the lump subsides.. then drop to 20mg for a week or 2 after the fact, all the while continuing to run your AI.

follow Pit's advice thats good suggestions right there. no need to taper into it just start hitting it hard and get the lump gone. This is what i have done in the past with great results. This time i messed aroud and put it off and put it off and im afraid i am going to be stuck with it for life.

Start the nolva at 20mg/day and letro at 1.25mg/day. The nolva will bind to the AR thus halting anymore growth of the lump as the letro does what it needs to do to bring estro in check. After 7 days drop the nolva and continue with the letro until the lump subsides then taper off the letro over a 7-10 day period. If you have to go higher (2.5mg) on the letro then so be it but you need to shrink the lump. Your sex drive will take a major hit as well. Once you develop gyno the only way to rid yourself of it is through surgery so you will more than likely be fighting flare-ups everytime you cycle.

Bro I hate to make accusations but I ended up getting gyno while using Ai's from MP research. It sounds like I was using the same stuff as you... Letro, Adex, Aromisin, Nolva. I think it is all bunk.

For sure.. Until MP either proves they've remedied the problem... I would avoid them like the plague. Research Stop has always been on point for me. Purchase Peptides is a sponsor here.. and though I've never used them, I've heard great feedback on their AI's.

I'd have to agree that GWP has quality prods. I've seen labs on some of his AI's and estro was in check.

I'm doing a Test C/Methadrol cycle and about 1 week in I started noticing a lump behind my nipple. It seems to have gotten bigger and I have nolvadex and letro on hand. Question being, which should I take and at what dosage? I have read that Nolva can be used on cycle to treat gyno and I'd rather use it than letro if at all possible. I've read that Letro can be very harsh on libido, joints, etc as it eliminates up to 98% of estrogen, so I was planning to use it only as a last resort. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with this. Btw I'm currently using aromasin as AI @ 12.5 mg ed. Thanks

use nolva to knock the estrogen off the receptor, and an ai(the aromasin should work.... but you may need to take 25mg of it daily for a while) to lower the circulating estrogen.... This is the best method... You don't need to completely eliminate estrogen if you use the nolvadex to displace it from the receptor.... 20-30mg daily of nolva should be plenty
