i'll PM you a good trustworthy site in a sec. got the 5mg caps at 100 a bottle since i am taking anadrol/deca on an upcoming cycle. want to use 5mg a day. they got caps/tablets and all mg sizes as well as brand names. BTW: bromo counteracts the effects of prolactin from anadrol/fina/deca usage.....that will cause gyno. also is a metabolism booster supposedly....i don't see much along those lines myself though.

it also increases GH, so some say take it in the morning since GH levels are low then....and of course the metabolism boost would be better in the morning if it affected you that way. then at night you get your normal GH spike. now others split dosage 1/2 morning and 1/2 night. and then there is the guys who take it at night. so basically there are a lot of ways to go about it.....the one that makes most sense to me is to split it up morning and night.....but it doesn't keep me up or anything at night. may affect you different. i also think if its taken once a day, morning is def best. i will be taking one 5mg dose in the morning with the anadrol/deca since i got 5mg caps, and 5mg is the high end dosage on this stuff. most take 2.5 or 3.75mg. i figure anadrol and deca i better take the high end dose. i get no side from bromo, but some report (the majority it seems) hellacious sides.
