  • This is my plan from here...

    So I'm in week 6 from today, doing Test prop 450mg per week, 250mg Enathate per week(started it 3 weeks ago, before that I was using 500mg test prop). Also been doing 400mg EQ since the start and tren at 50mg ED from week 2. The cycle looks like this(10 weeker):

    W 1: 700mg Test prop(Eod Inj..total of 700per week) + 600mg EQ
    W 2: 500mg Test Prop(Eod inj...total of 500per week) + 400mg EQ
    W 3-5: 450mg Test Prop(ED inj.) 250mg Enathate(needed something for the horrible pain I got from the prop)
    Weeks 2-5: 50mg Tren ED.
    Also 0.5mg Arimidex EOD and 20mg Nolva ED

    My goals for this cycle was in 10 weeks a gain of 15lb.
    Today after 6 weeks the total Gains are: 24lb
    So you can imagine I'm shoocked...
    Now, gains have been slowing down since the tren kicked in. I think it might have to do with the tren competes with the same receptors. I have noticed my sexdrive has decreased and so on. My skin is very dry and I have massive problems with night sweats. For the last week I haven't slept more than about 4 hours per 24 hours, and that is not enough. I feel my hole mental part is going down the drain and I think it is best to drop the Tren. It seems my SHBG hjas decreased massive and my nuts are deacreasing in size.

    Now, for the next 4-5 weeks I thought I would do this:

    Week 6: Test Prop 525mg per week(75mg ED) and 250mg Test enathate with 400mg EQ

    I will on wednsday start Dbol low dose due to the fact I get elevated livervalues pretty easy, so I have to do a low dose.

    Week 7-10: 525mg Test Prop + 250mg Test Enathate + 20mg dbol ED, also bumping arimidex up to 0.5mg ED.

    Week 10-11: 5000iu HCG Ever week, Nolvadex 40mg Every day for 1 week. Clomid from weeks 13-15. Clen from week 12 or 13. MACA and ALA, extra Zink and maybe some avena sative.

    my goals now are to get to +30lb and stay there, then loose some fat and waher and maybe get to where I am right now in BW, but only much harder. My bodyfat right now isn't high, I got a 6 pack and veins on back, arms, shoulders, abs and some sick ones on my calfs

    iet will change a bit, I will bump calories on gym days to +2000calories, mostly from flaxx seed oil. I'm already at 650-700g carbs per day. On mnon workout days I'm lowering the carbs to 450-500 not to gain to much(taken from post workout drink and the meal after, and before bedtime, lowering from 50g carbs tpo 20).

    Focus right now will be on my arms. I have been working out in the gym for the last 2 weeks 3 times per week and the gym sessions are to long so I need to do something about that. I will try this starting monday:
    mon: Chest, biceps, abs, and one high reps for triceps like 21:s
    Tuesday: Legs, calfs
    wedn: off
    Thu: shoulders, bas, trapz
    Fri: Back, triceps and one for biceps like 21:s(maximum of 2 sets).

    Diet plan gym days

    Breakfast: 60g oatmeal(30g carbs), 40g rice(30g carbs), 100g from bread(40g carbs slow ones..). ½ can of tuna(18g protein), 20g casein, 15g Whey

    2 hours later: 50g carbs from bread(whole grain..), 25g protein from casein/whey, 2.5g flaxx seed

    2 hours later same as before

    1½ hour later: pre workout: same as breakfast

    post wokrout as soon as I drop weights: 65g Dextros, 35g Whey, 250mg ALA.

    1 hour later: Rice or potatoes(120g carbs), 300g meat, 7.5g flaxx seed


    2 hours later: Pasta, potatoes or rice 100-120g carbs. 200g meat, 5-10g flaxx seed depending on what meat(if white fish I take more flaxx)

    2½ hours later: 90g carbs from oatmeal, rice and some bread, all slow GI. 30-35g protein, some flaxx.

    2 hour slaterBefore bedtime oatmeal and caseinprotein, 50g protein 50g carbs

    I will increase calories even some more, like +200-300 on the day I work my arms(mon and fri)

    This is just a typical day so I do not always eat like this. Sometimes It's pizza, and so on but I really like knowing how much of everything I put into my body. Too much protein at the same time will make me fart like no one else. Too much slow carbs and the same thing happends.

    Any thoughts? Hope this will take me up to +30lb. I will thn start morning walks and walk 10 minutes after my workout in the gym
