How many times a week should I inject 400-500mg/ml or enanthate? THanks

I like to split it up twice a week. once on monday and once on thursday.

If you plan on running 500mgs of Test Enanthate do it like this.

Monday inject 1cc or 250mgs and then on Thursday do the same thing. That will give you the 500mgs your looking for each week.
