You can get at the drugstore, ask person behind counter for a needle container, thier red and have bio-hazard stickers on them.
When you fill it up, bring it back, and they will give you another.

Otherwise, re-capping them, then putting the pin inside a milk jug or a 2 liter soda bottle is a good method.

Thats what I do. As far as the law goes just having a used pin with some kind of AS left in it is a felony!

cap em, wrap a coke jug with duck tape so you can't see through it, put em in there, throw em in the trash.

Cap um, then put them in an old Protein Jug (poor mans Biohazard disposal) then throw the jug away....

I just toss em in the trash most of the time. My buddy is a nurse so sometimes I give them to him to get rid of.
