It's possible that the herb they used in those studies did not contain enough of the ingredient that allegedly gives the anabolic/androgenic effects.
The problem with those studies is that the dosage is too low. You could do a study giving athletes 100mg of creatine per day to show that it has zero effect also.
I would like to see them do a study with 10g per day using the same stuff they use in fuzu or tribestan.
There's too much empirical evidence out there to say that tribulus does nothing. Alot of people are happy with it.
There is a study showing that it increases test, im too lazy to find it now though.
