what the fuck is up with me guys? ive been feeling like complete SHIT. Aside from the fact that ive had a bloody runny nose, i am sooooo tired and run down feeling and i feel worthless. complete lack of energy and motivation for the gym. in fact i went and did chest yesterday adn felt so weak and out of it that i had to stick to machines in fear i would drop the bar on my head. i went to the doc and everything checked out, he said that it was my allergies that were giving me the sore throat and runny nose. im on deca 450\wk and i just started prop 100\eod about 2 weeks ago. do you think this could still be prop flu??? it sreally horrible. am i over training you think? i mean i only have a 4 day split so its not like im training every day.. i get my rest. i couldnt even think about going to do legs tonight.. i dont want to keep taking days off but i will get such a shitty workout if i go.. HELP GUYS
