first cycle need help

I'll begin with my stats first I'm 30 years old weight 220 solid at 6
foot,been working out on and of for 12 years never done a
cycle. I have 10ml of deca 300mg and some d-bol how should I
take this and do I need to and and clomid or nolvadex cause I'm
alittle paranoid about the use of steroids and my health.

Test 400mg for 10 weeks
Deca 300mg for 10 weeks

I would wait on the dbol, especially if your worried about sides

I think clomid and some type of dex (nolva, arimi, liquid, depending on your school of thought) is mandatory for any cycle. cept maybe var only one or something like that.

Why do do suggest adding 400mg of test

Deca only will shut down your natural test, dbol is no help either.

I agree with prolangtum. Drop the dbol add the test and follow his advice on mgs. This was what I did for my first cycle. I would not recommend dbol for a first timer. You will get very good gains with this cycle. Have Fun!

just taking the deca

YES!!!! If anything I would take test by itself, not deca. You would get some gains from deca by itself, but nothing like if you add the test. Just try and get a hold of some enan or prop. It should be fairly cheap.

add some test in there.. if u can afford.. if not, deca and dbol will work too... (that's what my 1st cycle looked like.. and i was pleased with results)
u should definetly have nolvadex on hand.. and clomid for the post cycle therapy... if u got some extra money go with aromasin instead of nolvadex...
