Front Delt Injection

Im did 2cc of QV Stan 50 on my front delt yesterday and my delt is sore as shit...I hit the front delt witht he winn and the side delt with QV EQ and QV Prop...I know that its been written that the Winny and Prop shots hurt like a *****, but I havent felt this type of soreness since you know the first time you started to work out and you had that soreness for a week...Its like that bro's....

Sounds like you hit a nerve man. I did a lateral delt injection with winny once and I felt this dull pain when I went in. Goddamn thing was sore for a week and swelled up and everything. Itll go away just be patient.

One time i shot a 1/2cc of tren and a 1/2cc of Winny mixed into each front delt...They werent that sore..but the next day i had two big fuckin bruises where my front delts were....and they were deep ass black and blues too

You have to remember that there are some major surface veins to watch for when shooting front delts. If your turning black and blue, you just went through one. And I wouldn't put winny there, save it for a less used body part. If your front delts are sore for a week, your workouts will suffer. Except maybe your leg workout. but I use front delts all the time. It's a small muscle and you want to hit the thickest part in the middle. And 2ml each is a bit much for a first time front delt inject. And if there was ever a time to aspirate front and rear delts are top on the list.
