I've started a 12 week cycle with -- a 5 week cycle of propionat, at 200mg a week--and final 7 weeks with Winstrol. I took my first injection yesterday, and my ass is sore; but I knew to expect that. I'm eating lots of protein....between meat and protein shakes. If anyone can give me just any general knowledge about propionat or winstrol, or tips to get the best results, please leave a message. I'm totally new to this and I hope to get the max out of it.

200mgs ? I hope your splitting up those injections, not all at once. Prop has a 3 day half life, so i would go with 100mg eod. Get more prop, your dosages sound like you have one bottle, run it all 12 weeks. Better do soem more resaerch on the Anabolic board.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

Ok...so what do you think about....200mg every 3 days of propionat, for 5 weeks. And then winstrol for 7 weeks...not for sure about the mg's yet.Comment

why not 100mg prop ed with 50mg winny ed for 6-8wks?Comment
