Vet B-12 vs Human Grade B12

Anybody ever use Vet verision? Cheap, 8 bucks for 250 ml bottle. Any difference from the Human kind?

i use vet version, but mine's 5$ for 100 ml of 1000 mcg/ml

I use the 1000mcg/ml 100ml bottle from calvetsupply.com only $6 seems to aid in better sleep and mood stabilizer.

Use Human Grade, go on it and off, overall for me not a big fan of it. The only noticeable result for me is crazy hunger, and I already have a healthy appetite.

Do not use the complex get straight B-12(cyancobalimine). Look around you can find it.

Most of the complex's have b-12, b-15 and many other things in them. Whether or not the other stuff is good or bad I do not know but I always get the strait B-12. It is had to find other than mail order. It used to be over the counter in michigan but they did away with that many years ago.I got mine from a place in Cali but do not remember the name it was 6-7 per 100ml bottle at 1000mcg/ml.
