    2iu with the 5on 2 off protocol is a perfect way to get started. doing 5 on 2 off actually has some benefits when it comes to insulin resistance. start at 2 and like fuzo said after 2-4 weeks if you want you can bump to 3 then 2-4 weeks later go to 4 if you feel there is a need. 4iu is a very good place to be long term with amazing results. some people only need 2iu to get good results and some also can't handle the sides at a higher dose. I prefer to use it first thing in the morning on a fasted stomach. I also have been putting it in the delts with a slin pin and getting great results. IM has a better absorbtion rate but less igf conversion. your call on that though.

        no problem man thats what we are all here for. I can't wait to here your results from these. Do you mind posting up what the batch dats is on these on the side of the box or even a pic of the side of the box.

          I do mine in my delts also, when I hit my belly I bruise

              Thats debatable, IMO no days should be taken off, and when you post on some of the bigger more pro size type boards you will hear 7 on from every one of them.

                this is why i said to get started. Obviously the big dawgs are running 7 days a week they are also running slin and everything else under the sun. To be honest the gh is fast acting and i think most people far over think it. IMO if you get in the gh you get in the gh. Their are some ways to make it work slightly better or worse but in the end if you have legit GH and your put it in your body it will do it's job whether it's 5 on 2 off 7 on 1 on 1 off. Personally i have been doing 5 on 2 off with it split am and pm. I have also tried 3x week post workout. 30iu's is prety much 30iu's come the ned of the week.
