You can work your way down. 10g per iu is a safe bet, but to many carbs can spill over, and make you fat. For some it may not. I can go as low as 5g per iu, but dont drop from 10 to 5, work your way down, and make sure you have glucose tabs with when experimenting

excellent bro, here is what I have been doing exactly, I use Humalog......
Get up at 6, eat 1 cup oats, 1 can tuna
Lift from 7 - 8 AM
Inject 10 iu's of slin
Immediately drink 50 g's whey w/ 60 g's of dextrose
1 hr later eat 2 cans of tuna, 60 g's of white rice
be careful w/ this though!!!! by no means do I condone this, and I think you should only cut your carbs 10 g's at a time, so if you are doing ten right now, go to nine, then go down from there, etc. Slin is so fucked up, like i said i went hypo today, thank God I didn't have shit to do and I was right where I could hit a shake. got lotsa glucose tabs...........they seem to only be a quike fix dont last to long........yeah i will watch the drop in carbs.........with humilog the only dif is the time of spike right?........you take the log because you want more shots a day or you want it out of you faster.......still wieghing the pro's and cons of log/lin befor the next time......i know wait a month
