Help with Blood question

I know this isn't something you are going to want to read but I have to ask. Yesterday afternoon I went to the bathroom and took a crap. I wipe my ass and the tissue is all BLOODY! The blood was light red in color. It FREAKED me out. Could my cycle have something to do with this? Did I fuck up my insides?

I thought about that for a second but I dont think thats what it is. Everything is fine now. I dont have any sores down there and it doesnt hurt. It happened that one time and thats it. Nothing is irritated or hurts. Just dont know why it happened.

I'm not sure bro, I think an o-ring is like a gasket or something you have in your car's engine, maybe like around the piston or something?

I was thinking maybe it had something to do with my workout that morning. I did squats, leg press, stiff leg DL...... I lift as heavy as I can for 4-6 reps.

Ive had that happen before when I had Diarrea from constant wiping. I dont think its a prob if it goes away after a day or two and doesnt return. If it is occuring regularly for longer than 2-3 days id go see your doctor. Dont tell him about the juice since I doubt that has anything to do with it except if you bleed it will take slightly longer to clot.
