  • Time between cycles?

What is the minimum amount of time to wait between cycles for a newbie?
Assuming the cycle included two weeks of post cycle clomid.

How much time does the body need to recover?

    Thanks

I usually take 3 months off , even if the cycle is ran 15 wks. For me at 3 months my body is back to normal. Just make sure to have blood test done before during and after so you have a guide to compare.

Time off meaning, the amount of time you stay on a cycle, say 10 weeks for example, is the amount of time you must stay off AAS's and rest your body, also for 10 weeks so levels get back to norm

Depends on the individual and their goals. Personally I like to stay on moderate doseages for a good amount of time(6-8 months). I then take a 4-5 month break before I start again.

                              time off = time on
and time off does not include post cycle treatment...
