    Ok, Which Test cycle would be best for a first timer.

    Sus Amps Mix blend ?
    Or Test enth ?


    Im Thinking of running it for 8 or 12 weeks.
    Clomid post , If I can get it.

    Test-Enan at around 500mg/wk depending on stats,goals, etc.

        enthanate will be easier for a first timer to keep blood levels stable.

          There's no 'if' you can get clomid. GET IT!

          I'd just run T. Enthanate 400mg/10 wks
          clomid two weeks after last shot: 300mg/1day,100mg/10d, and 50mg/10d
          Arimidex @ .25 mg/d

                    My stats , 135lbs. 5'3"
                    Been training since Im 14 On and off.
                    I have the shape and built. I just need to burn the fat off.
                    My only problem is building my arms up.

                    My diet is confusion.
                    Morning I'll Have 3 toast with a bananna , and Vitamins with OrangeJ.
                    2 hours later I'll have my light Yogart.
                    1 hour or 2 later I'll Have my Pure protein bar.
                    then for Lunch a bowl of Pasta.

                    When I et home from work it could be anything to throw down my throat like a peanut butter sandwich.

                    Dinner is what ever Mom makes , LOL

                      If you want to get the best results from whatever test you take, then your diet will have to be changed drastically, otherwise you will just waste your cycle (and money). I assume you want to bulk up and gain size. You'll need to work up to at least 8-12 eggs for breakfast with a pot of oatmeal. A couple of tuna sandwiches or burgers for lunch. Lots of steak or chicken for dinner. Plus protein drinks in-between each of those meals and before bed. Then add in all the rest of the food you are currently eating for snacks throughout the day! If you are serious.

                        You need to get your diet in order before you use gear... that is the best way to make the most out of your cycle and get "jacked up".

                            If you fix your diet you will gain alot without roids. Then think about using roids. I like enanthate better.
