Try tbol, i know it's virtually like dbol minus the bloat but it never gives me nose bleeds and it's still a nice addition to the cycle. It improves strength and the muscle gained from it is high quality, also easy to keep.

I love dbol! Got nosebleeds as well but I would rather them than the back pain.

i always get bleeds from my nose bp problems even w/ meds. but i dont give a shit i let my head back then get it under control.
