Chest is a good spot for sure, it gives you a pump, kind of makes you feel like it kicks in quicker too. I never had a favorite spot, the sides of your hips are probably the easiest and least awkward feeling.Comment

use to be delts but now i have to many problems hitting them. I stick to quads and glutes.Comment

Have been rotating glutes and delts for many years. No problems. I dont have any knots or anything. Thank goodness. Who knows how many hundreds of times...lol...I think eating a lot of antioxidants keeps the scar tissue from injections to a minimum.
I wish I could shoot quads. Have tried many times but hurts like hell and is sore for days. I never get sore in glutes or delts. I have shot 5 CCs before in my delts. LOLLast edited by Dzone; 01-19-2012, 02:40 PM.Comment
