get a bottle of l-carnitine and do spot injctions in your abs and love handles its great for that. use a 25gauge x 5/8 into handles or abs or wherever your holding BROWN fat and give it 4 weeks the transformation is unreal. i use it for kidney protection as well. but u might get black and blue if u push to fast. but it really works.

oh god yes subq works better, but, for kidney use ,or organ protection, the pills are good. but if u got love handles, extra stomach fat, it works wonders, but the more you got the more time you got to give the amino acid to work. everybody got to find own sweet spot. please push slowly as if u compete the judges will know wats up. youll be very black and blue that tanning dye dont cover and add pam cooking spray and lights bounce of that its all over as judges say they dont deduct from this , thats bullshit. use 1 cc to start to try one love handle and move it around till its gone. give yourself a im to up to 2 ccs. slow push. use a 25g x 5/8" needle to get the better fat, brown. dont put needle in and wiggle it but i meant take it out wipe w/ alchohol and go back in to give another spot injection. if 2 ccs is where your at then do it, nothing is written in stone. but do not over do it or it will be sore and black and blue. no, u do not need to change needles everytime brother, just wipe w/ alchohol.Originally posted by BIGMOFO View Post
