Well that's better with 500. You should be fine, maybe try abother are this time and leave that one alone, you shold alternate every other shot.

Thats kind of what I thought. The redness is gone, and the pain has eased alittle. The swelling seems to be the same, or alittle worse, its still not huge, I can just tell the difference left to right side. Thanks for the replys
