I havetn cut in over two years. Im currently tipping the scales around 245, i hope to get down around 235-230. I just want to see what I look like again when Im around 8-9%. I cant stand this 13% right now, its getting too warm outside. I still have a six pack, just my lower abs are a little thicker than i would like. I started cardio last week, 30 minutes on my off day, and 15 minutes after one of my smaller muscle groups, 3 x a week, so im going 4 x a week. Tommorow im starting the calorie drop phase, dropping about 125g of carbs. Ill be one tired SOB. Im just running a simple TNE 100mg ed, and Tren 75mg ed.
