    I havetn cut in over two years. Im currently tipping the scales around 245, i hope to get down around 235-230. I just want to see what I look like again when Im around 8-9%. I cant stand this 13% right now, its getting too warm outside. I still have a six pack, just my lower abs are a little thicker than i would like. I started cardio last week, 30 minutes on my off day, and 15 minutes after one of my smaller muscle groups, 3 x a week, so im going 4 x a week. Tommorow im starting the calorie drop phase, dropping about 125g of carbs. Ill be one tired SOB. Im just running a simple TNE 100mg ed, and Tren 75mg ed.

          I'm cuttin' also....Started Jan 1st at 245 and down to 219 now.....Contest May 31st. cardio sucks....especially when you have low back pain like I just started getting....Arghhhhhhhhh Seems like as soon as the DECA cleared my system all my joints and back started hurting.

            Hey guys...just got back from my morning cardio @5am
            feeling great and eating breakfast...isnt eating the best part of training
            by the by prolangtum....love that diet u gave me....oatmeal with TB PB and 25 gr chocolate whey. GOd that tasted great!!!!!!

              Grab yah some splenda, that really make sit good, i think im addicted to that stuff. I havent done cardio in over a year, so its going to be extra tough, especially when im dropping 125g of carbs a day. Im already sleepy and its 1pm.

                  Oh EYC (Epehdrine, Yohimbine, Caffiene), thats its. I wont add that until week 3 or 4 in, or if im losing fat good, i wont add it until i seem to stall. Like I said, I have dieted or done cardio in a long time, So the combo of both should help me shed bodyfat good. Clen doesnt do much for me, the 240mcg i have to take to get any sort of fat-burning, i feel is harder on my heart than its worth.

                    I love dieting! It's too easy for me, I tend to cut cals too far too fast, b/c my appetite isn't very good. I never do cardio either, I just eat less carbs. However... I hate seeing the scale go down, and my strength suffers a bit too. The competition better be worth it!

                      I just started cuttin n diet last week.....I hate it !! I want some chocolate and burgers and pizza and more chocolate.....Damn, I want these 4 months to end !!
