starting tomorrow- my already strict diet will become stricter and my cycle beings......i had a great winter (training wise...WINTER SUCKS!) keeping my body fat at 10%....IMO i already look good...cant wait for the summer!!!......this is a great board ..every question i had for this cycle was answered and ill continue to lean on the forum for support over the next twelve weeks.....now im just blabbering....sorry excited!!

prop 100mg/day days 1-10 (QV)
deca 300mg/week x10 weeks (IP)
test enanth 500mg/week x10 weeks (QV)
eq 400mg/week x12 weeks (IP)
prop 75mg/day wks 10-14 (IP)
tren 75mg/day wks 10-14 (IP)

tamoxifen during cycle
clomid after
diuretics on hand if needed.

whats up bud....a couple of my good friends go to school in albany.....good time...anyways...your cycle should get you in shape!....im running eq and winny for twelve weeks.....IMO thats all i need....this is my second cycle...ive been body building naturally for years with great progess....i just need a lil bit to make me extraordinary!! good luck kid...i wish you great gains and lil sides
