    is it good or bad?? i really gota loss this fat but i dont wana loss muscle...

    im runnin a cuttin cycle very soon however.. should i just not worry about bein fat till i get on the cycle??

    i would wait at least a month before you do heavy cardio to get used to the new muscle

          I made the mistake this alst cycle I figured I was using clen so I might as well do cardio. I hit it 4 times a week for 30 minutes a session and I lost 10 pounds in a month and hardly anything on my waist line my bench dropped dramatically. from now on I will only diet and do cardio on a cutting cycle.

              hey bro i think im perfectly fine now... iv been back to serious lifting for a week now and i didnt loss anything yet ( strength & weight)

                Cardio post cycle, only time i ever lost a good amount of mass after a cycle is when i tried that, i didnt have a test crash, i was F-ing like a porn star, i just lost probaly abouot 8 solid pounds of muscle on top of 5 lbs of water.

                  i had the same thing happen to me but i'm sure most of it was water b/c my strength didn't drop much.
