ok heres a question for some of you juice vets.... so every once in a blue moon ill miss a day that i was supposed to poke on... (like yesterday) what do you do if your say running prop and your supposed to shoot every other day? should i hit 2x as much the next day or just continue asap with the same schedule?

your really over thinking it man. if you miss a poke just get it the next day and then get back on your schedule. no need to take more or less to compensate for missing just take it and go about your day. People get way to worries about the tiny little details on things instead of just taking your hormones eating your food and lifting massive weights.

As for the missing a shot, like james said, dont sweat it and carry on.
Since I havent done any real heavy cycles in a couple years, Im literally down to a couple shots a month of Test E and C. Ive had a few times when I just totally spaced it out for like 5 weeks.LOL...
