  • EQ & Prop- diet

whussup FG, I am just looking for a lil advice regarding my upcoming EQ/prop cycle.

    My stats:
    5'6" 190lbs ~14%bf lifting for 4 years AS free

I am looking to add about 10lb of muscle and drop down to sub 10%bf with a strict diet.

My question is do you guys think I would still gain by eating only a small amount of complex carbs in the am and the rest post WO? (dextrose and some complex) Total would be about 200-220g/day

I will be using 600mgEQ/ week split in two and 300g prop/ week split into 3.

    EQL is the brand

I just started supp'n with CLA @10g/day, ALA@1500/day and Green Tea extract @~2500mg day

    Thanks

BTW the board is kickass, much better than EF IMO...prolly cause I am cheap$$

Its going to be next to impossible to add 10lbs of muscle, and drop 4% of body fat. Okay, ill level, it is impossible. Decide what your main goal is, then i can give you more advice.

okay, I must be misguided...my goal is to add 10# of muscle and lose ~4%bf...
I will be doing cardio...my question I guess is what dosages should I use to attain these goals?
I know I will not me maximizing the drugs muscle building effects by doing the cardio but it will be limited to 2 sprinting sessions at about 20 min.

or should I just simply up my calories and leave protein at about 300g/day

      thanks

Well, there is a misnomer about steroids, they are not magic. ITs hard to do two things at the same time like that, regardless of your dosages. I would try to find a middle ground, say add 5 lbs of pure muscle (which is a good gain btw, i mean pure muscle) and lose 2-3% bf. I think your diet is good. Try that, just dont have your expectations too high.

My opinion is that your dosages are fine and you may well gain weightwise more than #10. lean muscle mass depending on regimen you can hit 10 pounds if your doing a 12 week cycle. Now you may not lose 5% real bf but taking into account growth considerations lets assume you gain 10pounds of lean muscle mass.

you will lose 1% of body fat just by gaining those 10 pounds of lean muscle mass assuming you do not add any additional bf. You wont actually lose any fat but redistribute it according to the extra 10 pounds.

          So there is 1%

Now, is it possible to actually lose 4% while building lean muscle mass? Well possibly but pretty damn hard.

          But still possible.

I think you can do it, depends on a few factors. First off, are you a hard gainer? Second, what kind of metabolism do you have? Third, what kind of test doses have you run in the past? These will help me and other peps here give you some suggestions.
If you really want to pull it off, you might be looking at adding some tren and T3. Tren/test/T3 can yield some amazing results depending on your work and diet ethic. The eq is icing on the cake.

okay I have been thinking about this from a more logical point all day...should it be a problem for me to maintain my current weight give or take and cut fat down 4-5%? this is with cardio (either 2 sprinting sessions a week or 2 krav maga classes) I am going to keep my carbs under control, no simple suger carbs except PWO as dextrose...

              thanks

Someone do the math for me, how many pounds does he have to lose if he maintains his current weight to get down to say 10%? But you wont be able to go by the scale, because i would imagine your gonna add 5lbs of solid muscle, training and diet on.

there is a difference of 7.6 lbs between 14% and 10% @190lbs. yeah, going by the scale can get confusing really quick when you start to add in muscle gains. and i hate math so no details.
its jmo that if you want to cut it off, run test/tren/eq/t3 with adaquate cardio and a good diet and that 4-5% drop is attainable.
