spot injections with deca?

i here deca is good for spot injections, if so if i work out my tris on tuesday can i spot inject into them on monday and still benefit or does it have to be done on the same day like within a few hours before working out that muscle because the oil disperses out of that area???? thanks...

I spot inject my deca but it does not make a difference if you workout the muscle first or not. I inject into my bis, tris, sholders, with no problem.

Well, alls i see is a link in Rados post, but as I was saying, the ester is to long, for the spot injection theory to work, you need esterless, propionate, acetate, or soemthing along those lines, for the spot injection theory to work.
