Just doing some research, and going over past cycles I pinned in my sholders, bicepts, and butt. Didn't have any issues with these spots but wanna add some new spots for my next cycle, as I will be doing more ED and EOD and will run outa spaces. So where do you guys n gals like to pin?

Shoulders and thighs, BUT if you run across some garbage like I just finished with the flute would be more suitable.

Have shot up to 5 CCs into my glutes and delts at a time. Precontest cycles. That was when I would load a barrel with test, EQ and masterone and shoot it all at once...I dont shoot any where else. Quads are freakin painful and calves, well, if you dont mind feeling like you go hit in the calf with a sledgehammer..LOL

Thanx for the info, ya'll. Geez, I'm glad I didn't try my thighs...I was looking at those big hunks o' meat and figured "painless," but I guess not!

I have been running Test E and my last inj. was in my right thigh on Monday, i still have a big knot in my leg and it hurts like hell.

**Note to self** must find good gear from now on, lessens the pain and yields more noticeable results...

                      Re: Areas to pin

i've been doing site shots in my bi's and tri's for a few months now and have had no problems.my main areas are arms, delts and glutes.once in a while just to let them rest up i'll tap into the quads or pecs and very rarely calves but i can only go as high as 2cc in legs and calves.my bi's i can go as high as 5cc's with no problem.wish i could find someone to show me directly how to do a ventrogluteal shot.heard that's the best place to pin,esp if you do a ed/eod schedule...
