yes it is. You need a minimum of 50-60mg a day Imo to work well and for 3 months. You can run var safely for up to 10 weeks at a pretty nice dose, i.e., 80-100mg/day. If your BF% is not on the lower end then don't waste your money on this compound because it's not cheap.Comment
