Okay the best source for "Winslot" (didnt even spell it right LOL) is http://www.FederalBeureuOfInvestigation.org. They will even deliver it to your door. They might try to pull some kind of BS that your under arrest or something, in these circumstances go get a joint and try to smoke it with them, it will confuse them long enough to dive through a closed window and run to safety.
