all you need is 50....i would suggest splitting the pill...half in the morning and half at night

20-30mg/dayh. I've used winny 3 times now, never gone higher than 30/day. What's up with everyone suggesting a newbie run a 17aa at 100mg/day? That's the same as drol at 100mg/day as far as toxicity. But that's just MO, 50ed would be ok, though still twice as much as you'd probably need!

go with 50 mg ed ... there's no need to go with 100 mg ed, and that'll just give more stress to the liver ...

Agreed, I'm doing fine with 25mg/day.

Go with 50MG ED b/c it's your first! You'll get good results from it...don't worry about that! No need to use a higher dose yet...maybe later down the line!
