    Re: overcoming a cycle plateau

Post workout should be 100% whey protein, cut out all the other milk. Your really slowing down the absorbtion of the whey with the milk, bad. Then you deffinitly need a whole food meal shortly after the post workout shake.
Don't see much protein in the breakfast either.
Agree with others that you need more whole foods.

the breakdown of the pancakes alone is: 42gcarbs, 52g prot, and 12g (healthy) fat

then the eggs, beans and some sips of the protein shake.

thats comes around 80g of protein.

just how much do you put in your breakfast than?

Well those are the craziest pancakes ive ever heard of then if they are homemade how are you deriving those figures? 80g is a good breakfast, however whats up with the beans? YOu can prob cut them out of the breakfast meal since im assuming they have fat in them and thats a pro/carb meal.

fortunately those pancakes taste like heaven. It took over a year to perfect them. I also mix in steelcut whole grains like oats, barley and spelt to add a nice bite. I also add grounded flax seeds for healthy fats.

I have a diet organizer program. I input all the different ingredients as listed on the packaging (or as listed in the software) and then select the amounts I use of 'm. Easy.

btw this was just a sampel diet. I don't eat beans every morning. I just ate the yeterday.

I also eat chicken and rice instead of steak and potatoes ;-)

It was just a sample to show total breakdown.
