    Green tea has been shown to do a lot for health, including helping mobilize bodyfat, but did you know that it can also help you mentally? A new study suggests that people who drink at least four cups of green tea per day are more than 40 percent less likely to be depressed than those who get less or don’t drink it at all.

    I was taking green tea capsules. Dont know if they are as good as drinking the stuff, but they are pretty cheap. A lot of the green tea drinks out there are tainted with High fructose corn syrup. The best is probably the green tea bags

      I have been buying the green tea bags and making it myself. I drink about a gallon a day. Way too many benefits not to be getting it in some form, IMO.
