Filling Gear Question??

I know it has been a while since I filled the gear myself, but I am ready to go on my new cycle tonight!!! I need some coaching in filling the gear. I have Norma Deca, and Eth in the Amps, and also Winny. What are the easiest ways to fill from vial to pin, and from amp to pin, know it sounds silly but don't wanna mess it up and lose my gear. Any help is appreciated!!

vial -> pin
-------------
-with draw 1cc of air into the syringe.
-insert syringe into vial
-push air into vial
-turn upside down
-withdrawl gear

Excellent help man, feel like a clown askin!! What about for the amps?? What are the rules of thumb??

Use a file to score the amps. Carefull not to get any glass in the gear when you break them off.

drawing is basically the same thing, but dont tip it upside down.

remember to inject the air into the vial before drawing out the gear. inject the same volume of air in as the volume of gear you draw.

You can even add some extra air, gives a little pressure to help push gear into pin.

its real easy just add air to a vail every time use a 23 ga or bigger to draw with makes things alot smother
