400 mg = 400 mg.
adding sterile oil will change the amount of liquid required to get 400 mg, but yeah, i don't understand the question. -

Here is a example. If you had 20ml at 400mg/ml and you added 20ml of oil you would have 40ml at 200mg/ml.Comment
