Good news for chocolate lovers: Besides being a rich source of antioxidants, new research shows chocolate contains more polyphenols and flavanols than fruit juice.
The benefits were found in dark chocolate and cocoa, but not in hot chocolate (cocoa powder) mix, according to a study in the Chemistry Central Journal.
