H-roids...

Any of you folks deal with hemmorroids? Along with my falling apart lungs from bronchitis I also have a couple of elephant sized roids take place in my azz. I'm hitting 'em with all kinds of OTC stuff, and my doc just gave me a script for some stuff. He said an operation would help, but OUCH!

I don't think the pain of the operation can be any worse than them in their "normal" state. My doc says is a common thing for peeps who life weights, so I thought there might be a common bond of pain here. lol

Go get some Horse Chestnut and Butchers Broom and maybe some Gotu Kola or Grape Seed extract and try them out for a solid month before u consider surgery. I almost always use NOW Foods supps as they are GMP certified and a very solid company with a good rep. (No, I dont work for either company but should get paid by them cause I always recommend them to people). Check out the site and read the reviews on the products. Here are a few items I would try:

i Had one like 3 months ago. Just ate good and it eventually went away. Doctor prescribed me something, but I never got it. Yours might be worse then mine was tho.

I've had some experience with those things and what worked for me was 1 large teaspoon of Metamucil every night and lots of water. I get nervous if I miss a night. I must be gettin' old.

i gotta try this too...i got 'em as well. fukers suck!!! i figured it/they (whatever) would go away, but like every other pain in the fukin ass, they hunkered in for the long haul!!!

Never use toilet paper- it may irritate them- USE TUCKS pad to wipe- It may take some getting use too, but clean your ass now, no more wiping LOL. Also either use metamucil daily or make sure you get enough fiber- because it will lubricate your stool- dry stool can rip, tug irritate the rectume wall and exacerabte H roids. AFter I had my appendics taken in 1985- I battled h roids and fissures for years- Im talking everytime I sat to drop a stooly- It would feel like I was shooting razor blades coated with salt through my anus- sweating, screaming - it was like a a living hell. Years of worthless meds and creams - I did this and never came back again- I do sometimes lube with preparation H when I feel the need.

I also am right now dealing with Bronchitis- I need tips for that? my inhalers dont work, antibiotic dont, I cant lay on my back without feeling like Im suffocating- so my sleep is effected. Please send tips for this if you got any

Ive heard good things about thyme for chest congestion from bronchitis. Also, enzymes work very well for also. Esp Nattokinase, serrapeptase and bromelain taken on empty stomachs. iherb.com has hundreds of reviews on those products, mostly positive. I will say however to be careful with some of those as they can lower your blood pressure. I have tried them before and they made me feel dizzy but the majority of people have very good responses. Also, try 25,000-50,000 i.u.'s of vit A for 5 days. You dont want to take high doses of vit A for over a week though. It is good for recovery from respritory illnesses.To keep from getting sick or getting over being sick try using beta glucan (Now Foods, Beta-1,3 / 1,6 D-Glucan, 100 mg, 90 Vcaps) they work wonders for sickness prevention and are cheap too. There are tons of other products as well.
